COTTAGE RATES
• Cottages are completely furnished and include the following:
   bathroom with shower, heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, large refrigerator, microwave oven,
   toaster, coffee maker, small sink in kitchenette area, table with chairs, dishes, and utensils (NO STOVE!).
   Outside there is a charcoal grill, fire ring and picnic table.
• The 6 person cottage has a double bed in the living room area and a separate bedroom with two
   sets of bunk beds.
• The 8 person cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds,
   a sofabed in the living room area and a rollaway bed.
• Check In: 3:00 P.M.
• Check Out: 11:00 A.M.
• You must bring your own linens, towels, and pillows! (Some campers choose to bring a foam pad
   to put on the mattress for added comfort)
• All cottages are pet friendly.
• No smoking allowed in the cottages!

Deposits Requirements:
  • A one night deposit is required on all reservations excluding reservations for Holiday Weekends.
  • All Holiday Weekends are a 3 night minimum stay and must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
  • A $150.00 refundable security deposit is required at check-in!!         
 
Cancellation Policy:

  • Campers may receive a refund less $25.00 OR a raincheck in the full amount that will be good for 1 year from original reservation if they call 14 days or more prior to check-in. If less than 14 days notice is given, neither a refund or a raincheck will be awarded.

  • NO REFUNDS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR EARLY DEPARTURE!
 
Visitors:

All visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
Daily visitor fee is $3.00 for an adult (18 years or older) and $2.00 for a child (ages   4-17).
Children under 4 are free.
